Navomu by Saik0 LLC uses this website to introduce the platform and provide contact routes. This notice covers this website and inquiries made through email, website chat, and the feedback form. Customer workspaces and the applicant information processed within them are covered separately by the applicable customer arrangements and privacy information.

Website chat and feedback load when you choose to open them and connect your browser to Saik0 LLC’s support service at support.saik0.com. The feedback form sends your name, email address, and message to that service to create an inquiry ticket. It does not accept attachments. Messages you send through website chat are processed by the same service so Saik0 LLC can respond. Chat availability depends on available agents.

Opening a widget sends connection information to the support service. The feedback widget also sends a browser fingerprint with its configuration request and submission to help prevent abuse. Chat uses browser session storage to keep track of the conversation and unfinished messages within the current tab.

Email links open your email application. If you send an email, your sender address, message, and any attachments are shared with the mailbox you address.

This website does not provide applicant intake. Include only the information needed to discuss your request; do not send applicant records, identity documents, screening results, credentials, or other sensitive case information through email, website chat, or feedback.
